🚚 Delivery Timelines

Domestic Shipping (India):

Dispatch: Within 1–2 business days.

Delivery: Typically within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

💸 Shipping Charges

Calculation: Shipping costs are determined based on the dimensions, weight, and delivery location of the order.

Display: Exact shipping charges are displayed during the checkout process.

Payment: Shipping fees are collected along with the purchase payment.

🔄 Tracking & Notifications

Tracking ID: Upon dispatch, customers receive a tracking ID for their order.

Multiple Shipments: If an order is shipped in multiple parts, each shipment will have its own tracking ID.

Tracking Access: Customers can track their orders by visiting the website and entering their tracking ID.

📦 Damaged or Lost Parcels

Damaged Parcels: If a parcel is damaged in transit, customers are advised to reject the parcel upon delivery and contact customer service immediately.

Lost Parcels: In cases where a parcel is lost in transit, a refund or replacement will be processed once the courier completes their investigation.
